In the event that  you have lost valuable data, we are here to help.  Tape or disk, single disk or even a raid array.  Be assured, we have the skill set to recover your information.  With many of the latest tools that technology has to offer available to us, your data can be recovered, and returned to you in a wide variety of storage formats.  We really can ease the pain that results from critical data loss, and we understand that often a business’s whole platform of stability can hinge on the recovery.

-Fast turnaround, on repairs.  3 days as standard.
Nearly before you miss it, your tape drive will be un-packaged, booked in, assessed, cleaned, repaired, re-assessed, repackaged and shipped back to you in new anti static packaging and boxes.

-Priority 24 Hr turnaround or repairs available.
It is exactly what is says on the tin!  If we have the parts, and we probably do, we can prioritise your repair and push it straight to the top of the list for a small fee.

-Advance exchange units available at request.
When you need to be back up and running the very next day, this is a possible solution to your problem.  Just call us with details of what you require!

-Site calls available upon request.
Sometimes data sensitivity and timescale's demand that an engineer is needed at the tape drives site.  Just give us a call and arrange the best time for a trained engineer to arrive with his tools and equipment

-Blind shipping is always an option.
 If you are servicing your customer, you may want the job returned directly to them with your delivery notes.  We are always happy to do this to help reduce downtime and get the end user up and running ASAP.
